Shipping
We ship USPS for most items with a shipping weight of 2lbs. or less.
We ship UPS Ground for most shipments over 2lbs.
Other shipping methods and services are available on request for an additional cost. (overnight, next day air etc.) Please see your shopping cart for the amount.
All Shipping Costs are the responsibility of the customer!
Most Orders are shipped within 3 Business days after a cleared payment is received.
Returns
If you do not like your product you must contact me within 10 days of original purchase to return any item. We will work with you for an exchange or credit (minus shipping charges). At no time will shipping charges be refunded for any reason. If you want a refund on your credit card, there will be a 35% restocking fee. Please allow 7-10 business days for the charges to return on your statement. If you need to return an item that was received damaged, please contact us for further assistance.
To start the return process, All return items must be shipped in the Original Packaging. Please contact us by email. Do not send any items back to us without prior authorization. We will not be responsible for items sent back without authorization. Any "refused" shipment will be subject to the restocking fee. All returns must be in original salable condition, 100% complete, with all packaging material, manuals, and accessories. Misuse of, or used items will not be accepted for return.
A loose saya or tsuba is not considered to be a "defect" and is considered to be regular maintenance. If your saya or tsuba becomes loose, please contact us and we will walk you through the proper way to get your saya or tsuba tight as new.
You must also understand that the more inexpensive a product the more apt it is to come with minute defects. This is to be expected in buying very inexpensive swords and daggers and will not warrant us to pay return shipping charges. You may return the item if you are not happy with its looks, but you will be responsible for return shipping fees or restocking fees if you want a refund.
International customers
We DO ship internationally. Please see the site for shipping cost.
We DO NOT accept Checks or Money Orders from outside the USA.
The customer is responsible for any and all customs fees or other related costs.
The customer assumes the responsibility for knowing what can be legally imported into his/her country.

We ship International purchases via USPS. Unless to large then we use UPS

International UPS Shipments
We recommend UPS Worldwide Express and UPS Worldwide Expedited (where available) for international shipments.
UPS returns some rather cryptic error messages that are displayed at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page and the top of the Checkout page. In general, they mean you should select a different UPS service or check your address and postal code. In many parts of the world you must choose UPS Worldwide Express because they do not offer anything else.
Any order cancellations will be charged a $7.00 cancellation fee.
