We ship USPS for most items with a shipping weight of 2lbs. or less.
We ship UPS Ground for most shipments over 2lbs.
Other shipping methods and services are available on request for an additional cost. (overnight, next day air etc.)
All Shipping Costs are the responsibility of the customer!
Most Orders are shipped within 2 Business days after a cleared payment is received.
Customers must contact me within 10 days of original purchase to return any item.
Misuse of, or used items will not be accepted for return.
All return items must be shipped in the Original Packaging.
All non-defective products must be returned within 10 days of the date of invoice, and are subject to a 35% Restocking Fee.
All defective products will be accepted for repair or replacement only within 10 days of the date of invoice.
All returns must be in original salable condition, 100% complete, with all packaging material, manuals, and accessories.
A Repair/Replacement Fee will be assessed to all authorized returns received incomplete or damaged, or may be refused at our discretion.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Any damage due to shipping please file a claim with USPS or UPS.
International customers
We DO ship internationally. Please contact us for the shipping cost.
We DO NOT accept Checks or Money Orders from outside the USA.
The customer is responsible for any and all customs fees or other related costs.
The customer assumes the responsibility for knowing what can be legally imported into his/her country.

We ship International purchases via USPS. Unless to large then we use UPS

International UPS Shipments
We recommend UPS Worldwide Express and UPS Worldwide Expedited (where available) for international shipments. We offer major discounts on expedited shipping with UPS. The rates for UPS air shipping are often comparable to the rates for Priority Mail International. You can receive your shipment in 3-6 days (and track it) instead of 1-2 weeks for a very small difference in cost.
UPS returns some rather cryptic error messages that are displayed at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page and the top of the Checkout page. In general, they mean you should select a different UPS service or check your address and postal code. In many parts of the world you must choose UPS Worldwide Express because they do not offer anything else.
