We have an advanced online payment gateway which is linked directly to our site and securely processes your credit transactions. When adding your information during checkout, please make sure all information is correct including your billing address. If you input the incorrect billing address during checkout, you will get an error message and your order will be declined. Because of the manner in which the gateway processes the transaction, your card may still be authorized for the amount of your order. Which will place those funds on a temporary hold. (The temporary hold will take about 3 business days to be lifted and will be lifted automatically) You may retry your order with the correct information, but be warned: each time you try to place your order, said funds will be authorized against your credit or bank card account possibly decreasing your available credit/balance each time. If your order goes through successfully, the other authorizations will be lifted within 3-5 business days and you will only be charged for the order that went through.
